CANCELLATION
We completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another guest who may be waiting. Your thoughtfulness helps us care for our whole community.

If we receive less than 48 hours’ notice, we may not be able to accommodate future short‑notice requests, simply so we can keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone.

TARDINESS
If you’re running behind, just give us a quick call or text — we truly appreciate the heads‑up. We offer a 10‑minute grace period because life happens and we want you to arrive without stress.

If we haven’t heard from you, we’ll reach out to check in. For significant delays, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment so we can stay on time for all of our guests, but we’ll always do our best to take care of you.
